Office Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in administrative matters of the Office, fulfilling the needs of the Office in a manner which is consistent with the Company’s visions and values, including:
Support team on day-to-day administrative work
Provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to management
Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, A/R and A/P processing
Make travel arrangements: plane ticket, train ticket and hotel bookings; trip planning; issue itineraries; car rentals;
Check travel expenses reports
Communicate with legal authorities, building management and other institutions
Monitor office supplies such as stationery, water, etc. and office equipment
Compile regular price comparisons of office suppliers
Translate of Chinese documents and files
Answer and direct phone calls as operator, take messages
Receive, distribute courier and postal deliveries
Organize car occupancy and driver’s schedule
Schedule appointments
Create or prepare documents for general mailing correspondence
Data entry and miscellaneous duties
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years PRC experience in HR and administration field experience;
Effective office (clerical / secretarial), time management, and organizational skills
Able to work independently, balance and prioritize multiple requests
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Well organized, good at filing, mature, and hard working;
Excellent judgment and common sense;
Initiative, detail-oriented, and responsible
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Well-versed with all Windows applications, word processing (MS Word), spreadsheets (pref. Excel), Outlook

Sales executive JOB OBJECTIVES:
Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range of the assigned products in the assigned district. In addition, support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team, coordination with customer services/logistics personnel where necessary, assistance in product promotion, etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promote Gigastar lighting as a preferable choice for lighting solution;
2. Explore business in outside of China;
3. Develop and maintain direct relationship with key customers, decorate company, government authorities, schools, hotels...;
4. Analysis domestic competitors and give out actions plan accordingly
5. Support technical seminar and exhibition;
6. Pursue aggressive growth targets by promoting company brand and developing new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above ;
2. Over 2-5 years sales and marketing experience in Lighting business; Preferable to have good knowledge in LED.
3. Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
4. Good contact with factory, customers ...and able to do follow up with them until project finalization;
5. Good team work spirit |

Accountant Purpose of the job
Do financial operation, responsible for all account and finance in relation to Gigastar Lighting. This is included AP/AR, Journal Entry and Asset Management.
She/he will be assigned to other finance related responsibilities.
To ensuring all master data, in relation to finance are properly maintained.
To ensure all financial recording properly updated.
Requirements:
Above 1 year working environment, preferably having experience in a multinational environment.
Be Able to work under pressure.
Good written and verbal skills in English.
Positive attitude towards working environment
Eager to learn and take responsibilities
Have high standard of personal integrity
